Automatic vacuum bonding machine

TP and LCM / fog are pre bonded first, and then transported to the pressing station for vacuum bonding

1. The vacuum bonding station adopts silica gel indenter to prevent screen explosion;

2. The alignment mechanism adopts a three-axis alignment manipulator to ensure that the repeated alignment accuracy is 0.05mm;

3. The equipment yield can reach more than 99% (deviation, screen burst, bubble), except for poor materials;

4. CCD capture and alignment mode, capture TP window angle and LCM pixel angle, automatically calculate the window center and overlap. The fitting accuracy will not be affected by the size of the window, and the window will always be centered;

5. TP discharging platform and LCM / fog double discharging platform discharge independently to improve manual discharging efficiency;

6. Short beat time and high machine efficiency;

7. Suitable for 3.5-7 inch products.
