Full automatic full laminating machine

1. High precision alignment and fitting system, adopting 1.3 million 4ccd alignment system, combined with Japan THK four axis precision slide module.

2. The module is fed on the assembly line, gripped and corrected by the manipulator. The automatic film tearing mode is adopted, and the film tearing condition inspection function is provided. When the module fails to tear the film, it is automatically discharged.

3. The centrifugal film with TP tear weight is the lower tear film, and it will be discharged automatically when the tear film fails. The success rate of film tearing is high and the product is not damaged.

4. Equipped with Panasonic PLC and vinylon touch screen system, the operation interface is in Chinese, with user password protection function.

5. The main accessories are Japanese imported screw rods, guide rails and electrical components to effectively ensure the stability of the equipment.

6. The parameters are input and saved by the touch screen to facilitate debugging. The equipment has sound and light alarm function.

7. The whole equipment adopts high rigid structure to improve the overall stability of the equipment.

8. The image photographing system uses the infrared light source to irradiate the pixel points of the module, which can eliminate the peeling and cutting error.

9. Time required for model change: A. new model product ≤ 90min; b. The model products produced ≤ 40min.
